Who needs one, indeed. We all experience the overwhelming nature of the Information Age with new information to help us with our own jobs, kids that have outdistanced us technologically, and our own email inboxes, piles of mail, bills, budgets and other tasks that are necessary to deal with but sometimes represent just too much.
