Affluent Consumers Report Lower Auto Purchase Plans

A record low level of new motor vehicle acquisitions, either through purchases or leases, by affluent consumers is suggested by The Affluent Market Tracking Study #15, the most recent survey in a series of twice yearly studies that began in Spring 2002.
